Our program is specifically designed to meet your unique needs and help you overcome the challenges you're facing. Whether you're in your 30s or 80s, we believe it's never too late to prioritise your health and fitness. And we know that winter can be a tough time to stay motivated, but with our program, we'll be there to support you every step of the way. You'll be part of a private Facebook community where we'll share tips and encouragement, as well as weekly nutrition tips, to help you stay on track.

Our program is split into 4-week blocks, with each block consisting of weekly challenges based on healthy habits. Over time, these habits will help you feel more energised, focused, and confident. You'll have access to videos, vodcasts, information from health professionals, fact sheets, and home-based fitness sessions to help you stay on track.

But that's not all! By joining our program, you'll also have the chance to win amazing prizes! At the end of each month, the person with the most points, who actively engages with the private Facebook page and encourages others, will win a holiday accommodation package worth up to $1000! And at the end of the 20 weeks, the person with the most points will win the major prize, which will be presented at the World Masters Games Opening Night!
